Story condinues

Since I paid for 3 months I was not ready to give up, so I was searching for an escalation point and I red in one of the internet post that we will get support if we escalate to TDNservices@tikona.in. Sent a mail to them as well, but no luck. Please refer below mail, please note that i did hide my mail ID

I just want to check whether you can help or not. My connection is getting disconnected frequently and no solution provided yet. Before moving towards disconnection and raising a complaint in social forum i just want to check with this mail address. Please let me know whether anything can be done or not?

Later I had a mail from J Nair <j.nair@tikona.in> stating that issue is been fixed. But still I was continuously getting the same issue. When I had a call with them they updated me that they are going to send a engineer to my home but nobody came :)
