Story not ending

Finally I decided to disconnect the connection with in 3 months. Please note that its easy to get connection from Tikona but not easy to disconnect. I had 'n' number of calls from them for convincing me but it was enough for me so moved with my decision. I wonder if they would have spend the time for trying to convince me on support the issue would have solved earlier :)

Since I was in advance scheme I did ask them to disconnect within the period and did mention that i dont pay any amount. They confirm that i dont have to pay any money. 

The connection disconnected and the device is been taken by the company since long time. But still I get calls from Tikona stating that i have to pay some money, what a strange company!!

I had multiple threatening calls from below numbers,

+919313742502 - One lady called me and said that she is calling from Delhi High court and Tikona company has moving a petition against me. The case is to claim 4000 INR if i don't pay it immediately then they will make me to pay 150000 INR they are going to block my all documents given by government like License, Passport, PAN card, etc + they will blacklist me so that no bank will give me loan.

+919015799112 - Called me today and said almost same above but he was demanding me to pay 18000 INR

I suggest please never go for the service from this company. I have many other mails communication with company but since i dont have much time to spend I am not sharing it now. Will try to share it later when i get some time. Seriously i am tired of this company, i should have never gone for it, i regret it, what to do we are poor customers we are helpless!!!



 

Story condinues

Since I paid for 3 months I was not ready to give up, so I was searching for an escalation point and I red in one of the internet post that we will get support if we escalate to TDNservices@tikona.in. Sent a mail to them as well, but no luck. Please refer below mail, please note that i did hide my mail ID

Later I had a mail from J Nair <j.nair@tikona.in> stating that issue is been fixed. But still I was continuously getting the same issue. When I had a call with them they updated me that they are going to send a engineer to my home but nobody came :)

Bad support and pathetic escalation

Since I was getting very frequent disconnection issues so I was not able work from home. So, I made 'n' number of calls to their customer care and tried to escalate but experience was very bad. Thank you for not giving any value for my complaint!! I experienced the same issue just now also and had a talk with customer care person ["seja faide'' - not sure the name is correct or not] as per her the earlier problem was closed. For the issue which i am experiencing now, someone from senior department will call me within 6 hours and see whether it can be fixed or not!! I have asked her to transfer the call to an escalation point and she was not ready to do the same as always, she said no lead and managers are available now, what a strange!!


Since you have difficulty in reading my name and acting on it i will be starting a blog for the same and will update the same there and will send you the link so that whenever you have time you can read and enjoy.

If Mr. Jaykrishnan Nair is still alive and have some value than coconut then please note that the issue is not yet solved and I am still making calls to tikona care and spending time for nothing. When i called couple of minutes back the Customer care agreed that one of the Engineer will visit my home by 1PM IST today and will fix the issue for ever and I am still waiting for the wonderfull event.

So fedup and still alive.

Story starts

I am facing very bad experience from Tikona company and as a customer I would like to share the same to all of the internet community so that whoever reading this blog will not do the same mistake what i did. Going for a service from the cheating company!!!

I live in Kaggadassapura Bangalore, as we don't have much option for broadband connection i decided to go with Tikona. The advertisement was showing me interesting plan so thought of going for the same. I made an inquiry to their service and go immediate response, the very next day they send the executive to check the details and given connection in 3 days, they asked me to pay for 3 months in advance + 500 as connection charge. I thought what a wonderful company and had full of happiness in mind.

My Tikona customer ID is 1110424980.

After giving connection the person who delivered the connection forced me open some websites and asked me to rate the service, i felt phishing but did it to respect him. I recommend please don't do it if you are unfortunately going for the service of this company.

But I didn't know, happiness was for a moment!! Issue started on the first day itself, not getting the signal. Called the person who delivered the connection, got an answer "call customer care".

Called customer care, got a executive after a long time, they asked me to reboot the device, wait for some time, nothing worked out! They registered an issue and told me the issue will solved with in 24 hours.
